Parents,

It is exciting to see so many kids signed up to swim at tomorrow's meet.  Since this is a home meet, we need every parent to signup for a job.  We have a number that still are open.  A couple are critical roles....

• Parking Attendant - This job is required between 6am and 7:30am as folks arrive at the meet.  We need to make sure that cars are parked off the road.  In addition, we block off the parking lot so only officials and coaches can park.  Please note -the police have come through and ticketed cars that do not comply.
• Computers / Ribbons - We need a couple more folks to help out enter the times into the computer system.
• Security / Runners - We need some folks to make sure that kids are not in the bathrooms and using the showers, making sure there is enough toilet paper, doing a sweep of the parked cars to make sure there are no violations, and finally that the clubhouse is not being abused.
• Heating - We need a couple more folks to make sure the heating area is running efficiently.  This is helping to get kids behind the blocks for their races
• Timing - We need a couple more 2nd shift timers
• Clean-up - We need folks to stay at the end of the meet to help clean-up, put deck chairs back and move all the tables/folding chairs back into the guard shack.
