    Keys to a Successful Practice:

    • Parents should remain off the pool deck during practice so our coaches can focus on the swimmers.
    • Please arrive on time. Swimmers should not arrive more than five minutes before practice. Our coaches are there to coach and cannot supervise children outside of practice.
    • Label everything, especially goggles!
    • Attend practice consistently. Regular practice is one of the best ways for swimmers to improve and have a successful season.

    Meet Availability

Please let the coaches know which meets your swimmer will attend or miss.

Meet availability is important for planning individual events and relays. Families should update their swimmer’s availability in SwimTopia by the posted deadline for each meet.

If your plans change after the deadline, please contact the coaches as soon as possible.
